Vita K cream?

anyone ever use VITA K cream on spider veins? what roughly speaking horse chestnut? i'm starting to use both and i'd like to know if anyone else have ever used those and if so, how it worked for them.Vita K cream?
Vita K cream doesn't help beside spider veins. Witch Hazel is excellent for inflammation and stimulating the circulation thus helping the blood to flow soother.
For a regular regiment I recommend Raspberry Leaf Tea, it increases circulation, give support to the female reproductive system, lease contractions of blood vessels and strengthens the blood flow.
You can purchase it within grocery store in coffee isle or buy life and fresh from www.dandesoap.com.
I have bouts near these things and the tea is great. Another thing that help and prevents as well as raspberry tea is Viola's or also particular as Johnny Jump Ups. You can use the flowers in your salad or brew a tea from them or use them surrounded by your regular tea. I've used both, so try them and see what you think and other keep witch hazel around to rub on your legs and foot.
I've used Vita K cream, and I didn't see any results at all. Then when I go to nursing school, I found out why. Vitamin K clots the blood. Spider vein are caused by clotted blood to be precise stuck inside the vein. It doesn't engender much sense to me to use Vitamin K on an area that is to say caused by blood that it already clotted. I haven't tried the horse chestnut, though.
I enjoy found that witch hazel astringent compresses work well. Just place on a cotton orb and apply for about 5-10 minutes. It have helped mine, and it's simply about $2 for a big bottle.
