What are the best OTC sleeping pills?

I have tried Benadryl, Tylenol PM, Tylenol Simply Sleep, Unisom, and Sleep MD. They adjectives work about equal for me, so I was newly wondering if anyone knew of any other types or brands of sleep aids that I could try? Also, do adjectives over the counter sleeping pills have like peas in a pod ingredients or is there an ingredient I should look for? I'm only just trying to find something that works once and for all, or conceivably I just requirement to switch it up so I don't get addicted! What are the best OTC sleeping pills?
use Valerian Root when i can't sleep or my hubby.. we use Valerian Root. U don't wake up up groggy & it's safe. It's surrounded by the Vit/Suppliment section of any grocer/Walmart/ etc..
Unfortunately those are the lone OTC sleep aids. You might try a motion-sickness pill like Dramamine. It cause drowsiness.
These are all roughly anithistimines and don't pose any risk of physical addiction (although dependence on them to sleep can happen).
If you are having chronic insomnia you should speak to a sleep specialist.
I twig your problem about sleeping, I enjoy RLS and so I have a tricky time of it myself. The best sleep aid out there is a intuitive one, Exercise an hour before bed, to the point of one tired and legs/arms feel close to jelly. then cart a hot shower until you feel your muscles relax the sour to bed right away! It helps me when nought else would.
