What are the types of teas and what are their uses?
Well there are countless types of teas. Green tea, black tea, white and oolong which are adjectives from Camellia sinensis, they are just harvest and/or oxidized differently. They all proffer (though in different amounts) caffeine and other stimulants, and antioxidants.
Some of the herbal tea uses are
Heart and Circulation: Hawthorn berry.
Stomach and Intestines: Meadowsweet, Chamomile, Peppermint, Aniseed, Caraway, Slippery Elm, Licorice, Ginger.
Nerves: Motherwort, Clover Blossoms.
General: Clover Blossoms, Motherwort, Green Tea, Chickweed, Nettle.
Women: Raspberry Leaf, Motherwort, Clover Blossoms.
Immune System: Pau d'Arco.
Kidneys: Parsley, Buchu.
I hope I help.
there is white tea- thoroughly mild
there is green tea- particularly mild- more taste
within is orange pekoe and black- which encompass the Darjeeling gunpowder's etc- tasty and more energizing next to more caffeine
then in that is red tea or herbal teas- no caffeine but usually some therapeutic helpfulness
all teas can be used as an antiseptic any orally or topically- freshly wet a tea daypack and place it on a sore eye or a cut.
very flexible, cheap and easy.
and full of antioxidants to protect you and your immune system. drinking more after 8 cups a day will dry your mouth out
