What does this pill do?

ok one of my cousin's friends said he was thinking bout trying a pill that looks resembling a little blue man
im not really sure what to be precise but i do know he said the word pill
im very concerned more or less this
if someone can tell me what that pill is n wat it does i would be impulsive gratefulWhat does this pill do?
Could it be a children's vitamin? They come in pretty shapes, flavors, colors near pretty little designs on them.
there are no pills that are SHAPED approaching a little blue man...
however, near mdna (e) sometimes they can have pictures inprinted on the front..
so it could be that.
or he could only be referring to (whatever pill hes taking) as a little man, when the pill is contained by fact, purely colored blue.
In that case, it could be anything from xanax to zoloft.
So if its in recent times blue...then virtuous luck trying to figure it out (impossible)
but if its an actual picture..t.hen I'd voice e
