What is better to pinch? Efexor XL or Zoloft?
Zoloft is a selective sertonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) and Effexor is an (SSRI) plus a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. So it really depends on what chemicals are imbalanced in your brain to know which will work better. Unfortunatly, the singular way to relate is through trial and error. If you try Zoloft first and it works than you just want and SSRI if not it resources that it isn't the correct medication and you need a different SSRI or you stipulation one for both feel righteous chemicals such as effexor takes watchfulness of. Another way to see if you call for a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor is to try Strattera which only does the norepinephrine. Hope this isn't too confusing.
Zoloft is an elder medication. Effexor is newer and improved. Try the Effexor first.
You can't speak one is better than the other. It all depends on which one react better with you. It can run many medication before you achieve to one that you find one that works well beside you. One is newer and one is older... yes, but bar that, it all depends on how you take action to it. It's like someone taking Motrin or Advil. Some population like one over the other. Same entity, but this is alot more sensitive.
It took some time before I foudn a honourable medication that worked well for me. It is a newer one but one other one I tried be Cymbalta and that one made me almost crazy! That one is even newer. So not all tentative meds are better. It just depends on how you counter to it, how your body likes it.
