What is the best track to relieve throw ups?
Well if you have a sour stomach:
-Don't drink milk, but drink wet.
-Relax and lay down.
-Adjust the temp. make sure it is cool, or to your taste, which ever is most comfortable for you.

If it's of late a virus, let it run its course. Drink clear liquid (7up, ginger ale, or barely sweetened peppermint herbal tea) until you can hold down small bites. Stay AWAY from things resembling gatorade, the sugars will make it worse. When you can hold something down for 30 minutes, try saltines, applesauce, broths, rice, or toast. If you're not better in a afternoon (able to keep down liquid at least), call surrounded by to your clinic so that you don't become dehydrated.
