What is honourable for nerves outside of perscription drugs?

What is honourable for nerves outside of perscription drugs?
Some things that are good for nerves are St. John's Wort, 5-HTP, valerian, passionflower, the "B" vitamin inositol, or a Vitamin-B Complex.
Also...and I'm not making this up because nerves assemble toxins...is to kneel down by the side of your bed and punch a pillow resting on the bed for 30 seconds with gusto. Do this every day. One afternoon, you might find yourself exploding into the pillow. That's the toxins being released.
I've done this exercise. Wow, did I have a feeling better after the 'explosive' episode.

dunno whether it is available in your country.. why dont you try Revital or ginseng extract?
Meditation, stillness time, yoga, Tai Chi, walking, exercising, getting out of the toxic environment and getting the toxicity out of your life.
I do use medication to serve me when needed and that's what they were made for, but near are two other things that I found helpful. One is smoking lettuce opium (wild lettuce) and the other is taking Valerian root or both. I also found it agreeable to drink passionflower tea with the tea rucksack in the cup the undamaged time.
exercise!
Naturally, exercise helps near that, as it helps relax you. Drinking milk help ever so slightly with relaxation, too.
Prayer..it's pious for everything.
TRY TO TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR THOUGHT-LIFE!
Herbs can calm the nerves. Valerian, kava-kava, chamomile, passionflower.
Animo acids also can settle down the nerves: 5HTP, GABA
